All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors outside of our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. The Scarf Co is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, The Scarf Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
