At The Scarf Co, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer store credit only for approved change of mind returns on full-price items.
To be eligible, items must be returned:
In original, unused condition
- Unworn and unopened
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original packing slip
Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to the email address used at checkout. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.
Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
Return shipping for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Requests
To request a return, please email Returns@thescarfco.com.au with your order number and return details.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Returns@thescarfco.com.au.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement of the exact product originally ordered, subject to availability.
If a return is approved due to a fault, damage or incorrect item, The Scarf Co will cover the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, including pin damage, steaming, or handling outside of manufacturer guidelines.
Colour Disclaimer
We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and device displays. If you require clarification on colour or fabric details, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Order Finalisation
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.
